How long do pool screen enclosures last?

A properly built pool enclosure can last 40 years or more, but it will need to be re-screened every 10-15 years. It’s also a good idea to have the fasteners replaced at that time. We recommend upgrading to a stainless-coated fastener. These are guaranteed not to rust for a minimum of 10 years.

How much does it cost to replace a screen?

The average cost for roof panels is $85 per section. The side panels are 60 per panel and the bottoms are $40. No job to small our minimum fee is $185 for material and labor. The average cost to completely Re-screen a pool enclosure is $1900-$2700 depending on sq footage. At pool screens r us we only use a premium screen that will last 10-15 years. Be careful if you allow a contractor to re-screen using imported materials it will only last 3-5 years. With every re-screen thoroughly pressure wash the Aluminum inside and out. We also pressure wash the pool deck. Replace the cement anchors and update the door handles and closers. To Read More About This subject GO HERE

  • Upgrading all the screws to coated stainless steel screws. These are designed to prevent corrosion for At least 10 years.

What is the average cost of a garage door screen?

There is no definitive answer to this question as the cost of a garage door screen can vary widely depending on the specific model, size, and features that you are looking for. However, we can give you a rough estimate based on some common factors.

First, the size of your garage door will be a significant factor in determining the cost of the screen. A larger garage door will obviously require a larger and more expensive screen. Second, the type of material that you choose for your screen will also affect price. aluminum screens are usually more affordable than those made from other materials like fiberglass or stainless steel. Finally, optional features like built-in doors or automatic opening/closing mechanisms will also add to the overall cost

Are patio enclosures worth it?

Tough question! On one hand, they can be extremely practical, provide protection from bad weather, and keep bugs and critters out. On the other hand, they can be quite a costly upfront expense and may require a lot of maintenance. Here are a few things to consider to help you make your decision:

-How often do you use your patio? If you live in an area with year-round good weather or if you entertain outdoors frequently, a patio enclosure may be worth the investment since you’ll get more use out of it.
-Do you have kids or pets? An enclosed patio can give them a safe place to play without having to worry about them wandering off or getting into danger.
